Andrew Guiant is the best real estate agent we have ever known. We never knew Andrew before this purchase. We found him online through his Simply Vegas home resale videos in Las Vegas. We were impressed with his videos as he was very thorough and paid attention to details. He worked tirelessly to help me and my husband find the perfect home in Las Vegas. Weeks after my husband and I signed the sale contract with the builder, we discovered that there was a misrepresentation on the house. Andrew helped us by reaching out to the builder's management level. With my discussion with the "higher-up with authority" and Andrew's follow-ups, we were, in the end, compensated.Another thing, because we are from the east coast, we would have had to fly back to Las Vegas to do the walk through at the completion of the house. As it was not expected (and NOT part of the agreement), Andrew offered, as a courtesy, to do the walkthrough inspection on our behalf before the settlement date. This is one more out of the ordinary about Andrew. He took several videos of the house during the walk through and pointed and explained the defects that he found. He was very thorough that even I could not have done the same thoroughness as he did. Andrew sent us the video with all explanations about the defects and asked us if there was anything else we wanted to add. Three days after the defects were corrected, Andrew went back again and took another video and pointed the same areas where the defects were and now been corrected. We were so impressed that Andrew did these extra things for us where he was no longer under any obligation to do them. Throughout all of these, Andrew had been so patient and generous with his time and showed nor hinted at any time that he was getting tired of it. It's been almost a month now since we settled on the house and we still have not moved-in nor returned to Las Vegas. Andrew continues to check with us if there is anything else we needed him to do. He always reminds us to reach out to him if there's anything else he can do for us. We trusted Andrew on every aspect of this purchase. We were so glad that we went with him. We highly recommend him. You never know when hick-ups happen and you can count on Andrew who will be there to iron out those hick-ups.

Since I am moving from Washington state and not familiar with the area in Vegas, Andrew took all our family for two full day tour to showing around the different cities. After we back from Vagas, he was following up and negotiate great deal for us. After smooth transition, he met with us at the house and show us how all the system work. He also become our handyman :) and fix some issues that inspector missed during the inspection! Thanks again to Andrew. He became our go to Vegas realter and good friend in Vegas!
